Roise O'Caollaidhe

Manager – In Person Business Unit

Roise has been with us since 2012 when our first Workshop and Online Courses were launched! 

She became an Associate Teacher in the UK, and, in addition to developing a thriving sound healing practice, now plays a lead role in our global workshops management team. She is also our Heartfulness Manager, helping to integrate our core value of heartfulness into The Sound Healing Academy courses and operations.

Roise has a background in teaching, art, music and healing. Originally from Australia, her first training was in art teaching. She started her healing journey in the mid-1980s when she studied and taught both crystal healing and subtle body harmonics (energy work). 

Roise also taught herself to play the hammered dulcimer, being attracted to and entranced by the harmonics of its sweet sounds. In 1998, she did a year-long intensive course in metaphysics which initiated her own intensive and transformational healing process. Roise has brought her creativity, her appreciation of sound and her deep knowledge of the heartful healing journey to her roles in the Sound Healing Academy.

About Wise and Thrive

Wise & Thrive operates in the health, wellness and personal transformation sector.

Our purpose is to consciously participate in the evolution of thriving, sustainable communities guided by wisdom and science.

We achieve our purpose by designing and delivering high-quality Integral Sound (InSound) services to help people heal and transform.

Currently, we have 2 brands: The Sound Healing Academy (SHA) and The Sound Therapy Shop (STS).

We have enjoyed incredible success over the last ten years and this is genuinely an exciting time to join in the fun! Through our vision and ethos, we are continuing to grow rapidly, develop new services and sectors, and expand our operations. 

Wise & Thrive is based in Mid Cornwall, England, with the majority of our talented team working remotely from all over the world, with a strong presence in the US and Australasia in addition to the UK.
