Head of Finance – Finance

Caroline is our Head of Finance and has over 25 years of experience at a senior level, she brings her knowledge and skills to help us achieve our goals at Wise and Thrive.

She has a particular passion for finance systems, processes and reporting, which she continually expands and develops to assist our dedicated team in achieving the amazing transformational results that they do.

Outside of work, she loves living in Cornwall, with her family, where she gets to enjoy all the wonderful activities the beautiful area offers her. She especially loves long beach and coast path walks, and being connected to the sea. Living in Cornwall has been a dream of hers since childhood and she now cannot imagine living anywhere else!

We achieve our purpose by designing and delivering high-quality Integral Sound (InSound) services to help people heal and transform.

Currently, we have 2 brands: The Sound Healing Academy (SHA) and The Sound Therapy Shop (STS).

We have enjoyed incredible success over the last ten years and this is genuinely an exciting time to join in the fun! Through our vision and ethos, we are continuing to grow rapidly, develop new services and sectors, and expand our operations. 

Wise & Thrive is based in Mid Cornwall, England, with the majority of our talented team working remotely from all over the world, with a strong presence in the US and Australasia in addition to the UK.
